The 91st Annual Pilgrimage to Thewatte Basilika at Ragama held on 17th January 2022 was immensely successful. This is the first event in the De Mazenod College School Calendar. All the staff members from Grade 1 to 13 walked in faith to the main entrance of Basilka Church. After celebrating the Holy Mass the prayer consecrating the school to Mother Mary was recited. The event solemnly ended at 10.00 a.m. Rev. Bro. Janaka Fonseka, Principal of De Mazenod College, Kandana delivered the vote of thanks to all the participants and all those who worked to make this event a great success.
